Beach Time
I finished this some time ago but forgot to upload it. This was my first attempt at making sheer clothing, in this case, a wrap skirt. I'm reasonably pleased with how it turned out.

WIP - Monstersona Inks
So here's the linework for my Monstersona. As you can see, my rough colors need some adjusting. Nevertheless, I'm pleased with how it's turning out.

Now that there's a little more detail, I'll add that I'm creating a mummy in a style that references the 90s cartoon "Mummies Alive!". I've opted for a female persona. Of my two online handles, CotangentFish is often perceived as male, and Charodir is often perceived as female. C'est la vie. So we'll call this the Charodir Monstersona.

WIP - Monstersona
I started working on a "monster" for Kastraz 's project, and realized that, minus the rough inks, my base colors look like some sort of screen print. I liked the effect enough I decided to share.

Updated to replace "transparent" background.

I like the strong contrast between the cool colors of the dragons and the red in the background. The fact that the background colors do not blend smoothly makes for a nice effect and really adds to the piece. I feel like you could interpret it as clouds during sunset, or the glow of a fire set by the dragons.

I like the presence of different patterns on the tails and would have loved to see that extended further up the body. The differences in the heads is also nice. They look like they could be siblings without being mirrors of each other.

The one part that confuses me is how they are perched. There doesn't seem to be evidence of any feet gripping the branches.
